Please text (703) 627-6775, call (703)-372-1552, or email (shop@globalsupplyusa.com) us with your contact information, company name (if applicable), and order information. A template cut sheet is attached in our forms section for your convenience.

 It depends on the size and complexity of the order, but most orders will be fulfilled within 12-24 business hours after the cut sheet is verified and approved by the client. We will begin fabrication and inform you of the order's completion date. 

 We accept Checks, Credit Cards and other payment methods. Our credit department will accept customers to apply for a line of credit.

The Credit Application can be found in our forms section. Once filled out, please email it to us at accounting@globalsupplyusa.com

Our inputting technicians follow the customer's cut sheet as written. If there is an error in the cut sheet or any measurements are unclear, our technicians will contact the customer to clarify each order's input. If the order comes out incorrectly due to our technician's error, we will replace the items at no additional cost.
